I’m the creator of BNB Freedom Academy! ☺️ I’m 30 years young and I split my time in Vegas & Denver.
5 years ago I was at the lowest point in my life. I was waiting tables 7 days a week & juggling multiple side hustles in my free time.
Feeling unhappy, broke & stuck in the wrong environment was taking its toll on me so I started partying more & more. Not to mention my personal life was the worst it's ever been...
Even though it's painful to think back on those times, I'm so thankful for what I went through because it's exactly what I needed. I hit my breaking point October of 2019 & decided that wasn’t going to be my story anymore so I quit my job to start my own cleaning business.
I put all my focus into that for the next couple years until one day I injured my hand out of a freak accident & realized I didn’t have a business that paid me unless I showed up.
So I started looking for ways to make passive income & that’s when I found Rental Arbitrage. I spent over a year learning as much as I could with the resources I had -YouTube, Google & determination 😅.
I tried hiring a coach or finding a course to guide me in the right direction but everyone I found charged ($2,000-$40,000) just to help me get my first rental. I couldn’t afford that but the thought of going back to a 9 to 5 was enough for me to start. (VERY scared too lol).
So, in October of 2023, I started on my own. I got bookings the same week I launched & my income only increased since then. After 6 months, I had my first $10K month. After that, I reinvested & tripled my portfolio by the end of the year.
As I continue to grow & expand, my main goal is to help others gain the confidence to go after their dreams. I want to do this by sharing everything I know to help you succeed by showing you the EXACT steps I took and help you from my own mistakes.
